Typically, every industrial robot has 6 gearboxes. One of the main issues with running of robots is the overuse of these gearboxes. Main issue is not a gearbox itself but its filling (oil). During the movement of a gearbox comes to a gradual degradation of the filling. Damage of a gearbox leads to an unplanned outage of robots (overheating/replacement of agearbox). These problems have an impact on overall lifetime of robots.
What is our solution?
We provide robots additional equipment solving this issue by cleaning oil during their cycle time. Our complex device connects gearboxes in the robot and filters oil. Our solution is Central lubricant system. It consists of hydraulic set and managing controller that is unique autonomous solution. It is already patented. We also have developed mobile filtration device focusing on standalone service of robots.

Advantages of robot holders
In comparison with other manufacturers, we focus on the origin of a main problem not on consequences. Usual approach is regular maintenance of gearboxes consisting of a robot outage and running off polluted oil from a gearbox and filling with new oil. In the worst case, damaged gearbox causes a robot breakdown with a forced service. Requirements for this approach are more difficult in the way of needed servicemen, spare robot and unplanned outage.
We deal with all these disadvantages because robots with our system can reach perfect condition of our permanent oil cleaning in gearboxes. Another significant benefit is decreasing gearbox temperature. Robot can work in shorter cycles and so, its productivity is higher.
